Is that a political matter or one of health?
The problem is that this question may, per se - and de iure, already be a criminal offence.
Which makes me wonder: Why has this matter become a matter at all? I thought we have, by now - and by law, all things connected with homosexuality as protected as endangered species -in flora as in fauna- so that any mention of it, whether in sacristies of the Catholic church or in boy scout troops is absolutely out of bounds.
I guess it is because our public schools are becoming endangered - that would explain the inclusion of this (now legally non-)matter in the now total "don't complain, don't report" system. But what should altarboys or scouts do, if .... the matter came to touch them? (I said 'matter' touching him - not "certain kind of not-to-be-mentioned-and protected-person")
